Privacy Policy

This policy explains how JMKprints LLC handles information in the Sideline Story iPhone and iPad app.

Information you add

You may add a player's name and photo, team and season details, games and practices, results and statistics, moments, locations, and keepsake designs. You decide what to enter and which photos to select. The app is intended for parents and other adults; children do not create accounts in the app.

Storage and iCloud

Your records are stored locally on your device. When iCloud is available, Apple's CloudKit may sync them to your private iCloud database so they can appear on your other devices using the same Apple Account. Apple handles iCloud data under its own terms and privacy practices. JMKprints does not operate a server that stores or reads your player records. The app also places a small season summary in a device-local shared container for its Home Screen widget.

Photos and location

The app uses Apple's photo picker so you choose only the images you want to add. Photos you select become part of your saved records and may sync through your private iCloud database. If you tap “Use current location,” iOS asks for location permission. The app uses the location to suggest an address or nearby field or school through Apple Maps services. You can edit or omit the resulting place name. JMKprints does not receive your live location.

Purchases

Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases use Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment information and provides purchase status so the app can unlock Pro. JMKprints receives sales and financial reporting from Apple but does not receive your card details through Sideline Story. Purchases can be restored with the Apple Account used to buy them.

Sharing and exports

When you choose to save or share a keepsake, iOS handles the destination you select. Anyone you share it with may receive the player name, photos, and other details shown in that image. Physical print ordering is not available in the app yet. If added later, this policy will be updated to explain what an order shares with the print provider.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Sideline Story does not include a third-party analytics or advertising SDK, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not sell personal information. JMKprints can view aggregate App Store analytics and sales reports that Apple makes available to developers. If in-app analytics are added later, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before release.

Support

If you email us for help, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. Please do not email a child's photos or detailed records unless they are needed for your request.

Deletion and retention

You can delete a game, season, or player in the app. That deletion should also sync to your private iCloud data when sync is available. You can remove local app data by deleting the app from a device; deleting the app alone may leave a copy in iCloud. You control any keepsakes you exported or shared, and deleting an app record does not delete those copies. We retain support email only as needed to answer and document the request, subject to legal obligations. To request help with deletion, email jmkprintsllc@gmail.com.

Security and changes

We rely on Apple device and iCloud protections and keep family content out of JMKprints-operated servers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy as the app changes and will revise the date above.
